Overview
Integrates Procore’s Submittals tool with Bluebeam, allowing you to create and manage Bluebeam Studio Sessions for your Submittals from Procore. This reduces the need for manually downloading and uploading between Procore and Bluebeam.
How it Works
Once a PDF is attached to a Submittal in Procore a Studio Session can be created, sending all PDFs and inviting the “Approvers” in the workflow to the session. The Approvers in the workflow can access a link to the Session from the Submittal in Procore so they can add their markups and then respond in Procore to move the workflow along. Once everyone’s review is complete, the Session is Finalized directly within Procore, pulling the marked-up PDFs back into the Submittal in Procore.

Integration Requirements
- Customers need to have an active Bluebeam license.
- Note: Bluebeam Studio Prime is no longer a requirement to access this integration.
