Overview
The integration of Oracle Permitting and Licensing with Bluebeam enables plan reviewers to conduct fully electronic document reviews through Bluebeam Studio™ Sessions. This integration streamlines the review process by automatically synchronizing review cycles, documents, and reviewers between systems. Reviewers can collaboratively mark up documents in Sessions, and once the review is complete, the finalized, annotated documents are securely transferred and stored within the relevant permit or planning application. This improves efficiency, enhances collaboration, and ensures all review materials are centrally managed for easy access and compliance.
